Fear Whispering is the art of quietly listening to the sensations, feelings, discomfort and disquiet, within you…listening to the buried fears and anxieties that have accumulated within your body since the moment you were conceived. The aspects of you that have never seen the light of day because they’re too young and too scared to be looked at by yourself.Softly, so gently we go into those fears and anxieties, those parts of you that need help the most. Giving them the kindness and loving touch of ‘The Mother’.. a love never known, understood or accepted, by so many of us. ♥️

Fear Whispering
Fear Whispering, is the gentle art of listening… listening softly to yourself, from the inside out. Approaching yourself like a horse whisperer with a frightened horse, allows your fear and anxiety to gradually relax, feel soothed and become calmer… in time fear and anxiety disappear altogether. Just as the nervous horse learns to feel safe in the presence of gentleness.
