15. STOP! and Breathe: Combining movement with breath

14. It's reflection time!
The summer solstice (longest day of the year) is upon us over here in Australia and so too is episode 14! Today's episode is your chance to reflect on the year that we are about to say goodbye to: 2023. What a year it has been! So have you reflection on your year yet? In today's episode, I'm going to provoke in you some deep thought around the year that was and I encourage you to grab and pen and paper (or your journal if you have one) and get reflecting. 11. Are your thoughts serving you?
Episode 11 discusses thoughts, feelings and beliefs and how we create our lives from these places. It was really mind-blowing to me to learn this information, back nearly 4 years now and have it become a regular part of my life. So, I hope this information helps you to think about your thoughts (very meta, I know 😉) and see if the ones you're having on the reg are serving you or not... but I'm already going to bet that you have a number of thoughts that cycle around in your brain, that don't. Take a listen, be open to the conversation and truly ask yourself "Are my thoughts... all of my thoughts, serving me?" And if not, know that they can and that it's just a choice you've got to make. Welcome back for the second instalment of STOP and Breathe! The breath practise itself only goes for 5 mins or so but I discuss the details of this beautiful 5:5 ratio breath. This one really is powerful. It's all in the coherence. Coherence of heart and brain.
