Ep. 7 - Murder by Fentanyl

This week on FIX-ED, join me and my co-host, Jenna James, as we examine the murder of Eric Richins’, who at age 39 was murdered by his wife, 33-year-old, Kouri. While the case has not yet concluded, so technically she is still considered innocent until proven guilty, there are enormous amounts of evidence against her…from purchasing the fentanyl to life insurance policies, prior attempts, and even text messages and Google searches…honestly, she looks guilty as hell. Jenna and I will give you an overview of the case and raise questions as well as discussions about whether illicit Fentanyl could become the perfect murder weapon moving forward. Has this happened before? Will it happen again? Is this just the beginning? In my mind, I picture all of those women on Snapped who got busted adding arsenic or eye drops to their husband’s drinks. If it were Fentanyl, would they have gotten away with it? Hmm…let’s talk it out! Also, please e-mail us your crazy stories so we can start interacting with our listeners on an episode each month!!!! I also explain that the legal ramifications reach far beyond the weekend spent in jail...your decisions will follow you and they do have consequences. Ep. 2 - Recovery Rockstar, Dana Gleason

I met Dana on a God shot at a moment that was going to be make or break for me. I had started my legal clean up tour and 1st stop was getting a drug patch placed…enters Dana. After watching her while she was getting her patch removed, she had this gravitating, sober swag about her and something told me to just start talking. After that interaction our relationship was off to the races and she got me through some of my lowest moments. This episode is about her story and testimony. Why does she do what she does? Why take in strays? How has recovery transformed her life? Her story is inspiring and she continues to help others and change lives. We will get into all of it, leaving nothing off the table.
