Over the years, I made numerous attempts at recovery, each time spiraling into suicidal ideation and having to claw my way back. Through 15 years of therapy, I gradually built the emotional resilience and capacity needed to process what I had endured, and I am finally on a healing journey out of addiction.Now in sobriety, I have developed a roadmap for healing—a guide I wish had existed when I needed it most.
