This one is a tough watch, but I thought this new mini-series created by Philip Barantini and Stephen Graham was an excellent viewing.

Denzel puts in a dynamite performance as always, and his chemistry with Ryan Reynolds is solid, but I always found Safe House to be mediocre.

I'm super excited to share thoughts on my personal favorite show of all-time. The Boondocks is an excellent animated comedy that contains strong emotional moments, and thought-provoking commentary.

I had a blast with this latest Saw flick! X might have my favorite storyline out of the entire franchise, and Tobin Bell puts in a career-best performance. The traps are back to being brutal and PRACTICAL! I've always loved this flick. It's a big piece of my childhood, and I grew to appreciate it more as I got older. Robin puts in a career-best turn as the title character - a father doing his absolute best to be around his kids in a difficult situation. Rest in peace to the late great Robin Williams. This movie is an awesome hybrid of comedy, action, crime, mystery, thriller, and even has one or two horror elements regarding the murders. A+ writing and dynamite chemistry between the cast. We have a great Denzel performance as usual, Gary Oldman as the villain, a moody atmosphere with the post-apocalyptic setting, and while the action scenes are brief, I find them to be effective. I can understand that some people hate the twist ending, but it doesn't bother me. Jai White is awesome as our title character, we have memorable supporting characters, the laughs are non-stop, and the goofy action still kicks ass. I've seen this film about 200 times, and it NEVER gets old. Highly recommend for goofy viewers like myself. Denzel knocks it out of the park here, and I think Flight contains a top 10 performance from him. John Goodman nearly steals the show, and we have other great supporting actors like Don Cheadle and Bruce Greenwood. I highly recommend this one!
