When the UK Government announced its 2024 Budget, it didn’t just make headlines it made waves across our organisation. Staff began sharing concerns, and having honest conversations about what it might mean for them personally and professionally.""So, I recorded two podcast episodes shortly after the announcement, capturing those initial reactions from a couple of colleagues. Fast forward 10 months, and I’m revisiting those conversations to find out: what’s changed? How were they actually impacted?
