Richard Cuff is East Coast Regional Marketing Director for Breakaway Funding. He has spent over 35 years as a successful social entrepreneur and small business community advocate. After proudly serving in the U.S. Army – including tours in Germany and South Korea – he returned to the Miami, FL inner-city neighborhood in which he grew up to start a management company that provided consulting services and personal coaching to small business owners. As Executive Director of a Jacksonville, FL-based non-profit capacity building organization he developed the nationally recognized Guiding Success Program – a kindergarten to college pathway initiative for preschool students – to encourage literacy through entrepreneurship and the arts. Richard is a graduate of Jacksonville University’s Davis School of Business with a major in Marketing and Business Management. He is a recipient of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 2014 Diversity Award.
