Ya que para poder mostrar el trabajo que se está haciendo masificando la gimnasia dentro de la ciudad de Guarenas es necesario que aparezcan. El día de hoy queremos compartirles lo que fue nuestra experiencia dentro de la elaboración de un material audiovisual para mostrar lo que hacemos dentro de los entrenamientos Antes de realizar está producción se les notifico a los representantes de echo se mantuvieron dentro de la misma para brindarles mayor seguridad a las atletas y respetar esos niveles de confianza que deben existir . Luego de confirmar la aprobación llegó el día . Las ubicamos en las posiciones indicadas para su entrenamiento habitual . Para que de esta manera se pudiera captar el trabajo que se está realizando y su evolución en esta oportunidad podremos apreciar un trabo de mejoramiento de flexibilidad ,los calentamientos de columna los cuales son esenciales dentro de la gimnasia y los estiramientos de piernas que no deben faltar jamás . Dentro de este deporte realizar un buen calentamiento y estiramientos de músculos y tendones es indispensable para poder ejecutar sin causar ninguna lección por lo que nos pareció importante mostrarlo . Proseguimos con las correcciones de los esquemas ( son las coreografías dentro de la gimnasia pueden durar de 1 a 1:20m ) por eso mostramos pequeños fragmentos de lo que fueron esas correcciones y para finalizar presentamos el ensayo de nuestra gimnastada ( coreografía grupal donde se muestran distintas colaboraciónes, giros , preacrobaticos , saltos ,etc) Las niñas estuvieron en todo momento acompañadas del equipo técnico . En presencia de sus representantes y ya tanto los representantes como ella han creado un nivel de confianza y respeto al momento de ser fotografiado o grabado . .. el realizar estos audiovisuales no solo sirve como medio publicitario para mostrar el trabajo del club . Sirve también para mediante la apreciación del mismo generar una evaluación . Ya que la cámara logra captar momentos o movimientos que a veces nuestra vista no . Y de esa forma nuestras correcciones pueden ser mejores y así logramos un avance más eficaz . Estamos agradecidos con @moisesjohan quien llevo está producción realizando un trabajo en excelente . So that in this way we could capture the work being done and its evolution in this opportunity we can appreciate a workout to improve flexibility, spine warm-ups which are essential in gymnastics and leg stretches that should never be missing. In this sport a good warm up and stretching of muscles and tendons is essential to be able to perform without causing any lesson so we thought it was important to show it. We continued with the corrections of the schemes (choreography in gymnastics can last from 1 to 1:20m) so we show small fragments of what were those corrections and finally we present the rehearsal of our gymnastada (group choreography where different collaborations are shown, turns, preacrobatics, jumps, etc.) The girls were at all times accompanied by the technical team. In the presence of their representatives and both the representatives and she have created a level of trust and respect at the time of being photographed or recorded ... making these audiovisuals not only serves as an advertising medium to show the work of the club. It also serves to generate an evaluation through the appreciation of the same. Since the camera manages to capture moments or movements that sometimes our sight does not .
