Judge or be judged, most of us know what it is like to be in both of those places. The issue is when that judgment stops us from taking the risks and steps we need to live our fullest lives. A rambling introduction as to why I decided to start this podcast and what it means to me to feel stuck right now. It's different for all of us. I gingerly discuss why I have decided to meet myself where I am at right now and that it is perfectly OK to sit with ourselves in the unknown.
