Is all punishment triggering a fear response? Should there be a place to talk about and warn about dog trainers, walkers or facilities where abuse, covering up accidents or ducking out of responsibility when it comes to care for the dogs? Dogs get starved, die or disappear in the care of professionals and many seem to get away with it with some silence and strong marketing.
