    12 | The real truth about postpartum nutrient deficiency, fatigue and how to rebuild your energy naturally

I believe mum guilt is total BS, not some innate truth, but a learned emotion shaped by societal conditioning.Everyone's like, “don’t feel guilty, you deserve to take care of yourself” but no one actually talks about HOW to do that. Imagine waking up with zero guilt about how you spend your time. What would your days look like? Would you start the business? Take better care of your health? Spend more time on your passions?
