🎙️ Episode 3 — Play, Lead, Inspire: The European Youth Goals & Sports. In this episode, several participants of the project share their perspectives on the European Youth Goals and their powerful connection to sports. Through personal reflections and real-life experiences, our guests explore how sports can promote inclusion, participation, well-being, equality, and many other goals highlighted in the European Youth Goals framework. They discuss how the activities carried out within the Goals Beyond the Field project helped them understand these goals in a practical and engaging way—showing that sports are not just games, but meaningful spaces where young people can learn to lead, collaborate, and inspire one another. A través de experiencias personales y reflexiones, nuestros invitados exploran cómo el deporte puede promover inclusión, participación, bienestar, igualdad y muchos de los objetivos destacados en el marco de las Metas Europeas de la Juventud. Nos cuentan cómo las actividades realizadas dentro del proyecto Goals Beyond the Field les ayudaron a comprender estas metas de manera práctica y dinámica, demostrando que el deporte no es solo un juego, sino un espacio donde los jóvenes pueden aprender a liderar, colaborar e inspirar. 🎙️ Episodio 2 — Semana Cultural y Deportiva en España: Voces Jóvenes en “Goals Beyond the Field”.  En este episodio os llevamos al corazón de la Semana Cultural y Deportiva de la Asociación Auryn, celebrada del 16 al 22 de junio de 2025, dentro del proyecto europeo “Goals Beyond the Field: Empowering Youth through Sports and European Values”. A lo largo del episodio, escucharemos a varios jóvenes participantes y a trabajadores/as juveniles que formaron parte de las actividades deportivas diseñadas colectivamente en los Ideathons previos. Nuestros invitados comparten cómo vivieron las actividades de baloncesto, voleibol, fútbol, rugby y deportes alternativos, y cómo estas experiencias no solo fomentaron la actividad física y el espíritu de equipo, sino que también pusieron en práctica las Metas de la Juventud Europea. Desde la organización inicial hasta la ejecución en espacios cedidos por el Ayuntamiento de León, conoceremos de primera mano cómo el deporte se convierte en una herramienta educativa, inclusiva y transformadora para jóvenes con menos oportunidades. Este episodio recoge testimonios, aprendizajes y momentos destacados de una semana que demostró que el deporte puede ir mucho más allá del campo, creando comunidad, participación y valores europeos.🎙️ Episode 2 — Culture and Sports Week in Spain: Youth Voices in “Goals Beyond the Field”. In this episode, we take you inside the Cultural and Sports Week of the Auryn Association, held from June 16th to 22nd, 2025, as part of the European project “Goals Beyond the Field: Empowering Youth through Sports and European Values.” Throughout the episode, we hear from young participants and youth workers who took part in the sports activities designed collectively during the earlier Ideathons. Our guests share their experiences participating in basketball, volleyball, football, rugby, and alternative sports, and explain how these activities not only encouraged physical exercise and teamwork but also connected directly with the European Youth Goals. From the initial organization to the implementation in facilities provided by the City Council of León, we get a firsthand look at how sport becomes an educational, inclusive, and transformative tool for young people with fewer opportunities. 🎙️ Episode 1 — Introducing the “Goals Beyond the Field” Project.  In this first episode, we introduce “Goals Beyond the Field: Empowering Youth through Sports and European Values,” a European project in which the Auryn Association participates. The project stands out for its innovative approach: combining the European Youth Goals with sports-based activities to create an inclusive, educational, and transformative experience for young people with fewer opportunities. In this episode, you will learn about the origins of the project, its mission, and why sports—beyond physical training—become a powerful tool for personal development, social participation, and the promotion of European values.
