God Winks, Taps, & Thumps

What are the Godwinks, taps, and thumps showing up in your life? It has been on my heart for a while to talk about an important topic as a parent: when our kids start dating and decide to get married. I hope this can help parents open the door of communication to remind our kids that they are special, and to own their worth in relationships.

Today's episode is about the power of prayer and a few Godwink stories. James 5:16- The prayer of the righteous person is powerful and effective.Matthew 7:7- Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened.

Today's episode is about speaking life to yourself and others. Are the words you are speaking encouraging or discouraging yourself and others? Are the words you are speaking infecting or affecting yourself and others?Your words have power, and you do not have to be perfect, but being mindful of your energy matters. Proverbs 18:21- The power of life and death is in the tongue.

Lindsay Moore shares her story about losing an infant child shortly after giving birth. Her faith has been her rock through it all. Lindsay shares how even through some very tough times in her life God continues to show UP and provide peace, comfort, joy, and strength. If you are grieving or have lost a loved one, I pray that this speaks to you in one way or another. Even if you haven't lost someone, I believe this conversation may enhance your faith or help you learn to seek the Lord whatever you are going through, too. Lindsay and I also keep it real and talk about other things such as what to say or not to say to someone who is grieving a loved one. Bob Triglia shares his powerful story of God repeatedly showing up in his life. MIRACLES DO HAPPEN, and he has seen and experienced them firsthand. Bob shares about a horrible family car accident where they encountered angels and the supernatural. The car accident was one of three major events where he hit rock bottom and became an addict to cope. As Bob shares “addiction has no face”. It does not care if you live on Park Avenue or a park bench. Again, God showed up and he is sober and no longer an addict. Everyone needs to hear what the power of prayer and surrender can do in our lives.
