They really are experts and share their knowledge of saunas around the world! from the psychedelic Mexican sweat lodges, German theatre saunas, right to the silent finish saunas. We also really dig into why Saunas and Sauna ceremonies in particular are so important and the many benefits. It’s a great podcast and if you’ve ever thought about just quitting work buying a van and doing what you love then these guys are doing it and becoming experts as a result.
