Episode 2: Trying to understand grief
This is the second episode of grieving babes!In this episode, i will share my thoughts, ideas as well as theories on grief. For me grief was very strange, unique and overwhelming. I needed to make sense of what this big and small, as well as mysterious thing called grief is. All of that i will share in this episode.I also talk about the stages of grief, one of the most famous and most criticized theories around death and grief by Kübler-Ross.In this episode, I want to dig into what comes after the initial storm. The quiet days. The moments when everyone expects you to be "better" but you're still figuring out how to breathe.
