In the distant land of Myth, Magic still thrives. It's where Fable, a young, elven potion maker, works to make her own way in the realm. But after one of her potions strikes fear into the very heart of her village, warning them of an old foe returning, Fable does the unthinkable in hopes of saving her world. She returns to earth. On Earth, two college boys are taking it easy before finals begin, Nick offering his family's cabin in Pikes Peak as a place for relaxation and preparation for the next chapter of his, and Brendan's, lives. Though things take a turn for the mysterious after Nick discovers an old family secret, an elf turns up on their doorstep, and a brand new world beckons to them. With whispers in the shadows, and nightmares running rampant, is it possible for Elves and Man to mend the past for the sake of the future? Or will everything fade into dreamless sleep?
