In this episode, I talk about what’s currently happening in the world and how it fits into larger historical patterns of systemic breakdown and transition.I explain how the instability, fear, rising costs, and loss of trust in institutions are not random, but part of cycles that have repeated throughout history before major shifts or collapses. I walk through the common stages that tend to happen during these periods, including increased fear, distraction, confusion, and dependence on external systems.I also share how this connects to the upcoming shift described in Human Design around 2027, including the transition from the Cross of Planning into the Cross of the Sleeping Phoenix, and what that means in terms of moving away from system-based support toward greater individuality, self-reliance, and sovereignty.We get into why developing a regulated nervous system, a sovereign mindset, and a strong connection to your intuition is becoming increasingly important, especially as external systems become less stable.
