Welcome to Guided Prayer, a daily companion through the church year from Grace Pasadena.These brief times of prayer follow a simple rhythm drawn from historic Christian worship — Scripture, confession, intercession, and blessing — helping us slow down and become attentive to God’s presence in the middle of ordinary life. The goal isn’t to say perfect words, but to let steady habits of prayer quietly shape our trust, our attention, and our love over time.You can listen in the morning, at the end of the day, or whenever you need a moment to pause and return to God.Episodes begin Monday, February 23rd, following the first Sunday of Lent.
