Join me, in Habitual Health 30, thirty 50 minute long sessions. In each session, you will practice a 10-minute meditation, 35 minutes of yoga, and 5 minutes of habit journaling.In every session, you will explore a different wellness topic, and reflect on this topic during the meditation portion of your practice. After finishing your meditation, you will do a 35-minute yoga practice. At the end of your yoga practice, you will check in with yourself in your habit journal. Your journal can be used to track the health metrics that are important to you...such as weight, sleep, calories, fasting window, blood pressure, exercise, meditation....whatever matters most to you and your current health goals. Every time you journal you are asked to reflect on the question: What will I do today to support my well-being?The only rule: do your best. It doesn't matter if you need to take a break, or can't do a posture yet, or struggle to meditate. This practi
