Hearts To Hearts Episode One with Kristina Cavit
It's the very first episode of Hearts To Hearts, and it’s only right that we begin with the wāhine toa who brought us all together—Kristina Cavit. Kristina’s achievements could fill an entire podcast of their own, but in short, she’s the founder of The Kindness Institute and has dedicated herself to bringing mindfulness and yoga to marginalised communities in Aotearoa and overseas. She’s won numerous awards, is a māmā, and a proud fat-positive activist.
