Heartwork

Heartwork is a space where Karice shares the knowledge and insights she has discovered through 11 years of introspection and dissecting the world within and around her. What began as her own healing journey has evolved into a way to support others through theirs. Through reflections on her experiences, she invites listeners to take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and let the rest support their journey. Heartwork is about doing the hard, rewarding work of healing, self-discovery, and transformation. Karice hopes to inspire awareness, reflection, and a deeper connection to one’s own heart.
