I share why this year felt less like a time of execution and more like a prepping season, a season of marination, patience, growth, and becoming.We also talk about embracing Discomfort to make room for growth, tracking small intentional habits, and using what I call "Force Habits" - simple, consistent choices that help align the mind and body for real growth.This isn’t about the pressure of “new year, new me", or being hard on ourselves for nonachievements. It’s about ending the year gently, honoring the process, trusting God, and stepping into 2026 with clarity, faith, and intention and most importantly with a heart of gratitude.
