Hideous Run #1 2026
Welcome to the first episode of Hideous Run! We will take you through a chilled and effective workout which you can do no matter what the level of your fitness. It's just you, and a bit of fun - nobody is measuring how far, fast or well you do it.You will need approximately an hour, a space to run even if in your own living room and somewhere flat and dry-ish to stop for some simple exercise. And the right attitude, of course.You can find how-to videos of all the exercises here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fg-hEscHZUM. It is a good idea to review them before taking off.Don't worry. We also hated running the beginning. Now, after a fair bit of Hideous Running we can tolerate it quite well, and quite often even enjoy it!Joins us. Look forward to running with you.Tee @ Hideous.
