Episode 133: Further from the light This weeks episode starts out with some discussion of an apparent new release from Pabst that DOES NOT make Mr. Jim a very happy camper, though naturally makes Johnny want to try the weirdness, imagine that haha. Episode 131: Guess What Joined by Mr. Jeff (aka Jipper, aka Duffman, definitely NOT late for beer though...) the guys start out with a potentially questionable beverage in terms of how it was stored before purchase. It brings on some discussion about making choice beer selections when shopping around. Brother Darrell was a bit late to this episode and for whatever reason, with Mr. Jeff filling in, it seems he managed to keep the episode quite a bit more on point than usually seems to happen. Could it all in fact be Brother Darrell is the bad influence at the table? Johnny gets into a couple notes about buying beer on ebay and some of the odd beers he has been hunting for a few years (seriously if you have a Sam Adams Millennium and/or the Jagermeister and Arrogant Bastard collab beer or even Jagermeister Manifest, PLEASE reach out to us!!) Episode 130: We start at 10 It was raining HEAVILY when we recorded this, the guys have a bit of a slower start this week but fear not, we eventually get to the beer!! Episode 129: Duffman and Mr. Bill This week WE ARE BACK TO BEER!! Mr. Bill was STILL with us for the third week in a row AND Mr. Jeff, (aka Duffman) joined us for the triumphant return to beer on the show! Episode 125: 22 Second Skip Not exactly sure what happened with this one, to Darrells delight, there were issues getting one of todays samples to open so we ended up skipping a whole bottle of wonderful (per Johnnys stance anyhow...) cherry wine. We did manage to recover with an absolutely FANTASTIC selection from a local maker followed by the lone beer the guys had in todays episode. Johnny did manage to get some of the "bonus" wine into a glass to sample along with TONS of cork bits though no one else wanted to try it with him... Topics this episode were a bit all over the place though they did discuss some of the upcoming trip the guys have planned to Darklord Day down at the 3 Floyd's brewery! Episode 124: Hey Zach we got your mom drunk Not sorry for it either man, it was A LOT of fun haha. The guys are joined this week by a special guest, that kept another guest on edge the entire time! Episode 116: Collision Bend Brewing Originating from a day trip to Cleveland, some dude named Phil standing in the street with a stack of pallets (Hey Phil) and a quick discussion about a can of PB Blaster, a few fantastic beers followed Johnny home to become this episode! Episode 114: Butter on a Pop tart We started the episode out with some random chatting and BS as usual, including a short serenade from Mr Jim before finally getting into the first of our VERY strong selections of the day! Episode 112: Johnny NOOOOOO Joined again by Sam and this time Deb joins as well for our 2nd episode of the session! Episode 110: Return of the Donkey Neapolitan ice cream themed beers are featured in the majority of this episode, for the most part anyways. Episode 108: Oh Yeah Welcoming back Mr. Jeff to the show, the jokes are still rolling still from his Halloween party costume character from a fairly well known tv show. The guys start right off with a VERY long titled special beverage from Mr. Jeff's goody bag and the conversation just keeps going as to the INSANELY good beers! Episode 107: Laughing Shake Starting the episode off with an odd story about the Starr Craft brewery Halloween party from a few days before recording, the guys are joined by brewery regulars Bob and his wife Mel, both whom have been on the show before and bring a great presence to the group. A shout out and huge congratulations also to Johnny's cousin Dave and his wife Emily on their wedding also from the weekend and the day preceding the recording, it's also why Johnny was a bit late to recording this day... Episode 99: Cheers to Pudge In this wonderfully mead filled episode, the guys continue their occupation of the super secret location, use courtesy of Mr. Jeff and his wife, along with the same guest appearances of Mr. Jeff on the mic and everyone's wives (and Johnny's mixer...) in the background. Episode 97: Swallow the Mic The BS starting a bit strong this episode, the guys started out by grabbing brewery regular and corn hole aficionado Mr. Mark right off the street (kind of literally...) and forced him to sit down and have some drinks with them. Episode 94: Maybe Skip This One After a bit of a iffy start due to a minor equipment issue, the guys get right into what ended up being a NOT great episode for them... Episode 88: How'd You Get in Here This episode starts with something special... More odd and questionable though we assure you all he REALLY was just fulfilling a promise made back during the bottle share a few months ago, and maybe a bit of hair of the dog from the wedding he was at the day before recording, congrats again to Mr. Matt, who has been on the show a few times, and his new wife Ashley!! Joined again by brewery regular Bob the Gray, the show starts out following the opening BS with some MORE BS then getting right into the beers. Episode 87: Mystery Can 2.5 With brother Darrel ALMOST giving away the surprise final beverage at the beginning of this episode, he and Johnny TRY to pull over a "mystery can" (with a trick can) surprise on Mr. Jim... In doing the best they could to commit to the part to TRY and pull this over on him, they TOTALLY failed, thus the .5 part of the title...
