Higher Self Leadership, In between

The main goal of this podcast is to bring a different perspective on leadership. The perspective of something bigger than us being in charge, our Higher Self, our God Self, our Soul, whichever we want to call it. And if we let it come forth, we enter the game of creation, what we felt impossible becomes possible. It's a complete new level, vision, a bigger mission, a legacy.. We can always play the mind level game but what are we truly here for? I share my own awareness as a consciousness expander. How can we expand even more our consciousness, even beyond what we think was feasible?

    22. Why we chase Fulfillment and still feel empty

Fulfillment, Fullness & WholenessWe often confuse fullness with fulfillment. We try to fill ourselves with food, work, love, money, alcohol, achievements… yet still feel empty.Fullness can leave us heavy, stuck, or even more empty.Fulfillment is different—it is the feeling of wholeness made alive in us.The chase for external fulfillment is rooted in forgetting our true nature: we are already whole. When we remember this, we stop compensating with fullness and begin leading, creating, and living from coherence.Fulfillment is not a destination or a trophy. It is the natural overflow of wholeness already present within us.

    20. Refined learning, letting go of what we think we know

    16. Words as creation in form

In this deeply reflective episode of In-Between: A Higher Self-Leadership Podcast, host Valarie invites us to explore the creative and intentional power of words. What if words are more than sound—what if they are life made form? Through personal stories and profound insights, Valarie delves into the relationship between language, silence, and presence. She reflects on her own childhood discomfort with excessive talking and how this shaped her sensitivity to meaningful communication.Valarie urges leaders, mentors, and visionaries to consider the intention behind their words. She draws a powerful distinction between “talking” from the mind—often to fill a void—and “speaking” from a place of purpose and presence. In this deeply reflective episode, Valarie explores presence as our true source of inner power—not a luxury, but a birthright we often forget. Presence, she reminds us, isn’t something we need to achieve—it’s something we are. It allows us to embodywhat we know, to magnetize the right people and situations, and to sense what others don’t say. Above all, it reconnects us with our soul, away from the illusions of the mind. In this episode of In-Between, A Higher Self-Leadership Podcast, host Valarie Sandjivy redefines acceptance as a powerful activation tool rather than passive resignation. Beyond trendy buzzwords and social media performances, she explores what it truly means to be authentic—from a leadership and soul-aligned perspective.Valarie challenges the idea that authenticity equals raw oversharing or polished vulnerability. Valarie’s latest podcast dives into the power of acceptance in leadership—a strength often overlooked. Over time, she realized that true leadership doesn’t come from control or immediate solutions but from embracing uncertainty and allowing space for new insights to emerge. She explores the illusion of control, the fear of appearing weak, and how leaders often resist pausing because they equate stillness with stagnation. 6. Collapsing the Illusion of Perfection & Unlocking Your Leadership

In this thought-provoking episode, Valarie challenges the conventional pursuit of perfection and reveals how it can limit personal and professional growth. She explores three key layers of perfection:1. Perfection is Limiting – Striving for perfection in every aspect of life is impossible; it forces us to prioritize, often at the expense of flexibility and creativity.2. Perfection is Rooted in Lack – The need for perfection stems from a fear of not being enough, leading to a constant chase for external validation.3. Perfection Already Exists – Everything unfolds as it should, offering the perfect opportunities for growth, transformation, and mastery—if we shift our perspective.Valarie connects these insights to leadership, emphasizing that every challenge, setback, or unexpected turn is an invitation to evolve. By embracing the duality of successes and struggles, leaders can cultivate resilience and wisdom, allowing them to navigate complexity with confidence. This episode is a must-listen for anyone ready to release the illusion of control and step into a more empowered, conscious way of leading. 5. Leadership framework and flow

In this insightful episode, Valarie explores a powerful leadership analogy: the river and its banks. Without structure (the banks), leadership energy flows chaotically, but if the structure is too rigid, growth is stifled. Finding the right balance between structure and flow is the key to effective leadership. She introduces four essential pillars that create a strong leadership framework: 1. Leading Yourself – Defining your vision, values, and purpose. 2. Leading Others – Building trust, fostering growth, and empowering teams. 3. E-Mastery – Emotional intelligence, expansion, and adaptability. 4. Soul Care – Balancing professional success with personal fulfillment. Once this foundation is in place, true leadership creativity—represented by the flowing river—can emerge. Valarie emphasizes that innovation and visionary ideas don’t arise from rigid control but from a well-structured, yet flexible, system that allows expansion. She challenges leaders to reflect: Is your structure supporting your vision, or is it limiting you? Are you expanding or shrinking in your leadership journey? This episode is a must-listen for anyone seeking to elevate their leadership, embrace both structure and creativity, and play a bigger game in business and life.---Stay connected here : https://ellipsus.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/valeriesandjivy/https://www.facebook.com/valarie.sandjivyhttps://www.instagram.com/valarie_sandjivy/Free leadership assessment :   https://www.ellips.us.com/quiz

    4. The leadership Flow : integrating the art of receiving and giving

Valarie’s podcast explores the profound dynamics of giving and receiving, challenging the common belief that they are directly linked. She shares her personal journey of realizing that while she excelled at giving, receiving was a struggle, leading her to investigate deeper emotional and structural barriers. She introduces the idea that receiving requires a strong yet flexible structure—like a glass holding water—emphasizing that if our internal foundation is weak or rigid, we may block what we desire. Through self-reflection, she uncovers limiting beliefs around worthiness, obligation, and discomfort in receiving, which often lead people to reject or cling too tightly to what they receive. Connecting this concept to leadership, Valarie highlights how leaders must master both giving and receiving to foster innovation, expansion, and sustainable growth. She argues that true leadership is about creating structures that can both hold and adapt to new ideas, support teams, and expand vision. Ultimately, she reframes giving and receiving as separate yet complementary forces, both essential in the flow of leadership and creation. This insightful episode is a must-listen for anyone seeking to balance ambition with receptivity and unlock new levels of growth and leadership.---Stay connected here : https://ellipsus.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/valeriesandjivy/https://www.facebook.com/valarie.sandjivyhttps://www.instagram.com/valarie_sandjivy/Free leadership assessment : Free Assessment Quiz |

    3. What's compliance in a leader's world?

What if compliance wasn’t just about following rules? In this thought-provoking episode, Valarie invites us to explore a deeper perspective on compliance in leadership. Beyond mere obedience, we realize that we conform to much more than formal rules—our family, our friends, our beliefs, our emotions, and even our fear of change. But what happens if we choose to comply with our soul, with our highest vision? Are we ready to move beyond rigid structures and step into a more inspiring form of leadership, where rules are not meant to be broken but reinvented to serve collective growth? Valarie challenges our perception of norms: are we leaders who enforce fixed structures, or do we create environments where people can truly rise? True leadership is not about blindly following rules, but about consciously choosing the structures that support a vision while transcending those that limit. She urges us to reflect: what if rejecting blind compliance was the key to transformation? How can we play beyond the rules—not as rebels, but as architects of a new paradigm? It’s not about destroying everything, but about redesigning a space where innovation and expansion take precedence over repetition and stagnation. As the episode comes to a close, one powerful question lingers: what am I complying with? Does it serve me, or does it limit me? A powerful inner journey for any leader seeking to create a greater impact.---Stay connected here : https://ellipsus.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/valeriesandjivy/https://www.facebook.com/valarie.sandjivyhttps://www.instagram.com/valarie_sandjivy/Free leadership assessment : Free Assessment Quiz |

    2. Leading with Certainty: The Power of Safety in Leadership

What if true safety didn’t come from external protections but from within? In this powerful episode, Valarie explores the connection between leadership, safety, and the deep-rooted sense of separation we often feel. She shares her personal journey of overcoming fear, realizing that safety isn’t about shielding oneself but about reconnecting with the higher self. The mind constantly tells us we are separate—from others, from life, from our own power—triggering fear and self-doubt. But when the higher self is in charge, safety naturally follows, allowing leaders to take bold steps, embrace uncertainty, and fulfill their mission. Valarie challenges us to shift from fear-based protection to an embodied sense of unity. She shares practical insights on training the mind to return to the present moment, where safety already exists. By practicing alignment and presence, leaders can step into their full potential, navigate challenges with confidence, and move beyond limiting beliefs.
