Hobbit Forming

This week, Jason and Heather finish their journey through Book One of the Lord of the Rings. But don't worry, that's just the first half of the first volume of the LotR saga. The Hobbits and Strider escape Bree, but they encounter the wraiths and have to make a quick trip to Rivendell. The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings, J.R.R. After a long hiatus, the journey continues. Thank you for your patience. This episode was recorded quite a while ago. And to be honest, I don't really remember all the ins and outs. But there are four hobbits on a journey. They get in trouble, and Tom Bombadil comes to the rescue. It's cool.

This week Jason and Heather discuss the hobbits' plan to go with Frodo. They have to travel through the Old Forest. And The trees are dangerous. But they are rescued by the textual incarnation of Andy Bernard. Tom Bombadill is a controversial character, and Jason and Heather are not really fans. What do you think about Tom Bombadill?
