    Ep. 10 - I Ain’t on My Soapbox, I’m Just Walking!!

This podcast, and what will eventually become a book, started with a simple conversation. I told Castille, "I’m not on my soapbox... I’m just walking." When your why is strong, you don’t have to preach—you just move with purpose and your life speaks for itself. This episode is all about three things: pursuit, pace and presence. What are you chasing and why? Are you moving at a pace that keeps you consistent, or are you stuck in start-stop cycles? And are you truly present in the moments that matter? When you lock in on these, you don’t need to convince anyone of who you are—you just walk it out.Weekly challenge: Write down what you’re pursuing this week. What’s your why? Get clear on your goals and motivations, and then take one intentional step toward them.

Ep. 9 - You're Way Too Worried About the “How”

You don’t have to know exactly how things will work out to take the first step. The “how” and “when” of your journey aren’t your job to figure out—they reveal themselves as you move forward. If you wait until you have every answer, you’ll stay stuck. This episode is about trusting the pull. Whether it’s starting a business, pursuing music, or making a major life change, the biggest mistake is waiting for clarity before taking action. Every great story starts with a leap—Veach launching ZOE Church, Chad Tepper going from homeless to headlining shows, and even my own journey. The path unfolds once you start walking it.Weekly challenge: Pick one area where you’ve been overthinking the “how” and take action without knowing all the details. Send that email, start that project, take the leap. The rest will figure itself out.

Ep. 8 - The Illusion of Overnight Success

Success is never truly overnight. The small, consistent efforts you put in daily compound over time, and suddenly, it all comes together. NOX Media’s six-year journey, Chad Tepper’s five-year grind to his first headlining tour, and Zoe Church’s 10-year path to building their first space all prove the same point—perseverance over time leads to sudden breakthroughs. This episode is a reminder to trust the process. Perseverance builds resilience, consistency creates momentum, and the beauty of the journey is in the lessons you learn along the way. Don’t overlook the small wins, they’re shaping you for what’s next.Weekly challenge: Celebrate one small win each day this week. It can be personal growth, a career milestone, or simply staying consistent. Recognizing these victories builds momentum and keeps you moving forward.

    Ep. 7 - I’m Charged Up Bro!

Busyness isn’t a badge of honor, it’s self-sabotage. If you don’t take responsibility for recharging, you’ll burn out and be of no use to anyone. The best version of you isn’t the one running on fumes, it’s the one that knows when to slow down, reset and refuel. In this episode, we break down why recharging isn’t just about rest, it’s about being intentional—through micro and macro rhythms that keep your mind, body and spirit aligned. Hustle culture tells you to keep going, but real impact comes when you learn to pause.Weekly challenge: Identify your micro and macro recharge needs. Make a list of small daily habits and larger intentional resets that help you stay fueled. Start implementing one of each this week.

Ep. 6 - Disciplines? More Like Romances

Discipline isn’t about punishment, it’s about love. The best romance novel you’ll ever read is the one you write with your own discipline. Every person you look up to is disciplined to something, so what are you committed to? Discipline is exchanging what your future self wants for what your right now self wants, and it’s the key to freedom, consistency and success. We’ll break down how legends like Kobe Bryant, Nick Saban, David Goggins and Jocko Willink define discipline and why it separates the great from the mediocre.Weekly challenge: Choose one area of your life to practice discipline daily for the next week. Some examples—wake up at 6am five days this week, read 10 minutes every day, or make your bed every morning. Pick one and stick to it.

Ep. 5 - Who Told You You Can’t Be Vulnerable?

Pressure always finds a way out. If you don’t let it out in healthy ways, it’ll show up in ways you don’t control. We’re told to never let them see us down, but why? Vulnerability isn’t weakness, it’s strength, trust and real connection. When you pretend nothing affects you, you don’t come off as tough, you come off as fake.Vulnerability builds trust, deepens relationships and makes you a stronger leader, friend and partner. If you want real connections, you have to let people see the real you.Weekly challenge: Have a vulnerable conversation. Share something you’ve been hesitant to bring up with a close friend, partner or family member. It could be a fear, a mistake or something you need help with. See what happens when you stop carrying it alone.

  7. 5

Ep. 4 - Don’t Take Things So Personally Bro!

The way people treat you is often more about them than it is about you. Instead of reacting, focus on what you can control—your standards, values and mindset. This episode dives into emotional resilience, leading by example and setting your own foundation so outside opinions don’t shake you. When you define who you are and what you stand for, you don’t need validation from others. This week’s challenge: Set your core values. Write down 5-10 non-negotiable values that guide how you live, no matter how others treat you. Reflect daily on how well you lived by them.

  8. 4

Ep. 3 - The Gap, The Gain and Reframing Your Mindset

How you measure progress shapes how you experience life. Inspired by The Gap and The Gain, this episode breaks down how shifting your thinking can help you move from frustration to fulfillment. Instead of focusing on how far you have to go, start recognizing how far you’ve come. We’ll unpack how this mindset shift impacts confidence, relationships and personal growth—and how to stop measuring yourself against an unattainable ideal. This week’s challenge: Identify one area where you’ve been stuck in the gap. Write down three ways you’ve actually grown in that area and reflect on the difference.

  9. 3

Ep. 2 - Imposter Syndrome, Ego and Identity

Imposter syndrome makes you feel undeserving of success, while ego isn’t just thinking too much of yourself, it’s also thinking too little. Both can lead to self doubt, burnout and stalled growth. This episode breaks down how these things hold men back, how to recognize them and how to push through. This week’s challenge: Write down three undeniable facts about who you are and what you’ve accomplished. When self doubt creeps in, read them out loud.
