Cherry was Amy Winehouse´s guitar; she dedicated a short song to her and I wrote an answer to it when she was left alone; a friend of mine who is a great producer and musician invited me in 2014 to record it in his studio; he worked out perfect sound and arrangements and plays keyboards and drums much better than me; but I was not in a good mood for music by then, it was the first time I played with pre-recorded rhythm patterns and not only metronome and I had troubles for trying to sing it too low; I repeated it few months later; but the good version according to my feeling is still the first one, recorded in the winter of 2012.

Richard Dadd -2011- (López)
I see "lots" of "Richard Dadd"´s likers, so I upload now the original version, the craziest one; both lyrics become different when the new one begins its russellian mantra about self-liquidators and a dopplegänger bedlam in Curitiba; the old one kept on describing the picture, the name of which was the one I gave to the old version: El Hachazo del Leñador Mágico.

Strange Chord: Plain C (Köhler & López)
Recorded in 1997. Wolfgang Köhler´s chimps discover music in Tenerife; they put number/notes together in rigorous order: for example, 1234 is C 9ªmin minor & Major, and so on, till suddenly....

Sad Story -instr.- (López)
This song was composed for singing it in a hip-hop mood, with long verses filling up every beat at double speed, but not forgetting about the tune; I wrote some lyrics but I´m not used to this kind of "jive talking" (as they called it in the days of Sun Records and The Signifying Monkey); the lyrics told the story of an urban incident about a cat on a roof, a ladder, a mean old woman who didn´t want people to go up on to the roof ("la tela asfáltica costó de euros mogollones", she said), etc..

Dark star (Machín,Winehouse,López)
I gotta feel bitter-sweet inside ´cause when you sing that tune you make my dark star shine; that year´s model you were gonna be, my lady-boy eyes saw you walking down the street; you went to LA, chorus girls sang that tune for me, and I stayed down home with my deep sadness degree; my red-shot eyes were just a crying shame but this brand old tune´s a man´s heart unchained. This Lyrics are inspired in Amy´ s "Fuck me pumps" video; the singer is supposed to be the young camera-man resembling Elvis Costello in his second album cover who appears in the video.

Karathis -instr- (López)
In Beckford´s "Vathek", Karathis was the Caliph´s mother, a greek witch who danced fox-trot and disco music with Satan(I suppose; if I were Him, I would "break ice" that way, I keep on supposing). The vicious vizier and sorcerer´s name was Ashfendarmoth; I re-"baptized" him as Ace-Fender-Mod, which is the song´s subtitle; the lyrics told that story, but I should learn how NOT to sing. I think the instrumental version says it all about (Miss Cleo Gibson would say)Ford engine movements in ephesian Karathis´s hips. Don´t play it too loud; in 2012 I was an absolute beginner with the micro-Br; hope you enjoy it.
