12: I suspect we're doing personality assessments wrong
No tears or swearing this time..... you decide if that's good or bad. Personality assessments (slash typing or talent or working style assessments) take the crown for today's discussion. Hear from a Pro on Clifton Strengths and an amateur on Working Genius. We talk stories of commencements of past and present. There's some sports talk. Katie makes a bold claim about which sports are not worth watching. As always, it's a Sunday morning with Katie and Kati. Enjoy.

11: I suspect I could (not) watch you die
Gang, welcome back. Is everyone entitled to an opinion on every matter or is personal experience or education a prerequisite? Kati confesses she's not into school carnivals and Katie has an identity crisis with her (their) name. Oh! I almost forgot.... Katie makes Kati cry. Enjoy.

10: I suspect you should get up earlier
Fun one today, ladies and gents. What kind of princesses do you want your kids to learn from? How much are your clothes causing you suffering? Can night owls get up early? Should you use the term "taco meat" or "pizza sauce"? Kati recommends Jury Duty, we review the so-far second season of Your Friends and Neighbors, and we discuss a few takeaways from Age of Attraction. Enjoy.

09: I suspect we need better leaders
If you don't like us bouncing around from topic to topic, this is the episode for you! We stick to discussing one main question: why don't people admit when they're wrong? Katie admits to being a know-it-all but asks for sympathy. Kati makes space for people in unhealthy organizations. We push each other on one another's biases. Do you make room for other perspectives? Do you make room for your own? Are leaders not held accountable for ego-driven decisions? Should employees be more trusting of management? Let us know what you think.

08: I suspect hurt people hurt people
Today we're talkin' exercise routines, body changes, pettiness at the gym, pranks, second-hand embarrassment, falling in public, and invading Jen Hatmaker's personal space. Kati shares about a difficult situation at home and Katie admits to being awkward at Easter ... enjoy kiddos.

Bonus: Jim suspects we should pay more attention to Iran
We found a steel exec and made him sit down for a Sunday chat while Kati spent a few days away for Spring Break. Listen to two spouses who view the world through very different lenses. How comfortable are you navigating a Starbucks menu? Is attaining inner peace based entirely on personality? Is it your civic duty to be informed about the war in Iran? Enjoy a bonus episode while we patiently wait for Kati to return.

07: I suspect age is not just a number
Tales of aggressive sleepwalking, college roommates, Project Hail Mary and more ... but mostly just talking about aging. Do you compare yourself to people your age and feel younger or older? How do you feel about age gaps relationships? We dive into Netflix's Age of Attraction, but mostly address the humanness of age dynamics. Let us know what you think.

06: I suspect I was wrong about the purpose of life
Today we're asking some of life's toughest questions, like how should you feel about your birthday as an adult and should I feel bad if I don't like reading? Stick around for some uncomfortable silences as we navigate Katie's bold statement about the desire (or lack there of) to be known. Enjoy.

05: I suspect my friends' kids don't like me
Oopsie, went 90 minutes again. For your unserious fill, we talked a little Myers Briggs, gave reviews of AKA Charlie Sheen and Jason Bateman’s DTF (so far), avoided another argument about corny TV shows, and hypothesized about Doris Rosie. On a slightly more serious note, we added to the criticism/feedback discussion from last ep and discussed community, being kidless, interacting (or not) with friends' kids, and the enduring power of healthy, lifelong friendship.

04 (pt 2): I suspect embarrassment is good for you
Hoo boy, it's part 2 of last week's discussion. Today we're talkin' the agony of summer camps sign-ups, Kindergartener career aspirations, customer service, collective exhaustion, social media, criticism, motivation, and more. Katie gets called out for an insensitive video in real time. Enjoy.

04 (pt 1): I suspect alcohol is sabotaging your sleep
This conversation got so out of hand we needed two parts. Feast your ears on musings on sleep quality, alcohol, Best Picture nominees, Leo DiCaprio's baby blue eyes, bullshitting vs. intuition, and an anchoring discussion on confidence, identity, financial security, and self-honesty. This is part 1 of Episode 4. Enjoy.

03: I suspect it's cancer
Coming in hot this week with ideal ways to die, admissions of wrongdoing (wrongthinking*), moral heroism, pouring acid on eyeballs, and a thoughtful discussion on intuition, self-assurance, and divine Knowing in the face of high stakes decisions and scary truths.

02: I suspect they're out to get me
Today we're talkin' control issues, Valentine's Day chaos, first dates, Shawshank Redemption and other classics, human goodness (and lack there of), manifesting safety and health, and more. We disagree on event photography and fear of heights. Let us know what you think.
