On this episode of Icing on the Cake join us for a little humility hour where I take the hot seat and Jeremy dives deep into asking me about some interpersonal questions about my struggles with social media.  Things get a little emotional as I open my heart and speak about the challenges I have faced; comparison, jealousy, chasing, craving attention, and the list goes on and on and how it brought me to the lowest point of my life.  We promise to get into the good of social media and how helpful it can be when running your business but before we dive into that, we think it's important to share how easily it can become a tool of negativity in your life if you let it.
