Letting go can be a hard thing, ESPECIALLY when you've grown accustom to something of someone. So, how do you know WHEN to let go?

It has officially been 6 months since I've embarked on a new decade of life!

Sometimes we crashout before we get to where we're going. This only delays what we COULD have had & the timing of it.

Watch who you bring around your kids. Predators are LITERALLY evaluating your family & most importantly...your kid.

When I was school shopping with my parents, & saw these super cool teal & white light up shoes, I thought "OMG, I can't wait to wear these on the 1st day of school!" Never did I think years later that light up shoes can actually make you a target!

Life has a way of introducing us all to Grief. However, if not guided through, grief can be very overwhelming mentally, emotionally, spiritually AND physically. This helped lead me to the decision to start grief therapy after the passing of my mom.

It's normal for people to block someone to keep them from seeing you, but is it normal for someone to block someone so they don't see you seeing them???

Sometimes it takes a situation to manifest itself, to realize that it's not what you thought it was.

How often do you keep going back to the things & people that you shouldn't? The feeling is DISGUING...just like the analogy used in Proverbs 26:11 to describe going back to the same foolishness.

There's no way my generation is the " New Adults."🤣 As a kid, I never said I wanted to grow up & be an adult, so why am I being punished?! lol While I've been "adulting" for a time now, I've noticed that the demand is so much higher than that of prior generations & I'm stuck with this question....WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO BE DOING?!

The 2024 Olympics has started & the buzz is around up-in-coming "Ameican Dad" Snoop Dogg. But on a deeper aspect, Snoop was very involved during the career of 2Pac & Biggie, who were tragically murdered in 90s during the West/East Coast beef. However, Snoop was able to separate himself from it, & was able to live a full life. So, the question is...the life you're living right now...are you willing to die in it?

How we respond to others can show how much access we give them. What if, instead of arguing, you BOSS UP & let your success be the response? Ask Megan Thee Stallion. 😎

SIDE PIECES? ROSTER? The dating world has changed for, what seems like THE WORSE. With media, music & society it feels like a looooong journey to find people who just want to find their person.

In a room full of people, a person can still feel lonely. However, a person can be "alone", & be completely fine.

Who are the people that you have close to you? Do they support you, encourage you & notice when something is off about you? Can they tell you when you're wrong? I'm just talkin'...INNER CIRCLE.

As a kid, what was your first sleepover like? Did you even have your first sleepover as a kid??? Sleepovers as a kid can be filled fun, laughter and memories. However, if left in the wrong hands, sleepovers for a kid can lead to wounds that need healing later on. As an adult, I fully understand my parents' "why?"

As women, we've been told that we have this inherited future to have to kids, but I'm not sure that's for everyone. I know that may not be for me.
