KONS 2026 NFL Draft Aftermath: The Hubie Brown Draft, Or Where's The Production?
What happens when there's more tremendous upside potential than actual on-field production? If you're in a shallow talent pool, it may mean you get drafted way earlier than you should. Jay and Dre recap the first round of this year's NFL Draft, which emanated from Pittsburgh and had very little juice except for a few questionable picks. They review the grades for a handful of picks and the commentary for the ESPN coverage, as well as their thoughts on the picks relative to team needs.

KONS Wrestlemania XLII Preview: Go Home Pat (Please)
Jay and Dre are once again joined by Jerry the Wrestling Expert to chat about...just what the heck is WWE doing in the build to this WrestleMania. Why is Pat McAfee being shoehorned into a WWE title match storyline? Why is he cutting a promo questioning why fans would pay for the product? And who thinks this is good booking? The guys also chat about potential show stealers, the rise of women on the WM card, and celebrity involvement which ties into matches airing live on ESPN "Proper."

KONS Baseball 2026 Preview: Rock Em Sock Em Robot Umps Have Arrived!
Jay and Dre have wished for baseball to have automated strike zones for literally years. And they're finally here. The guys look ahead to the upcoming baseball season, picking every division and the World Series. They also look at the betting odds for the year, and some are very far afield from the boys' viewpoints.

KONS 2026 Oscars Preview: Marked Safe From Nervous Tics
The 98th Academy Awards go down (hopefully drama free) this coming Sunday, and the guys manage to preview the Oscars without throwing out ill-timed loud racial slurs. Join Dre, Jay (halfway thru the show) and Dave the Movie Expert as they break down what looks to be a two-horse race for Best Picture. Will Sinners suck the blood out of the competition or will One Battle After Another hunt everyone down?

Super Duper Bowl LX Recap: Fade To Black
Jay and Dre put a bow on the NFL 2025-26 season by naming the best and worst of the Super Bowl and the week after, giving proper credit to the Dark Side, the new World champions of football, and the team Jay rode to the season handicapping win over Dre, the Seattle Seahawks.

Super Duper Bowl LX: Ghost Boy Return Or Beast Mode Revenge?
The Big Game has arrived, and Jay and Dre have the full breakdown, including prop bets. But first they give out the hardware for the two weeks prior in the NFL, including the best and worst of Championship Sunday, setting the stage for the Patriots and Seahawks to do battle for all the marbles. Will the Sam Darnold of old come back to throw the game away to New England, or will Seattle put it together and avenge the last Big Game the Pats and Hawks played?

NFL 2025 Honors & Dishonors. Celebrating the best and (mostly) the worst in the NFL this past season, as only we can. Listen if you dare!

NFL Conf. Finals 2026: Is Stiddy Ready?
Jay and Dre recap the NFL's Divisional Round Weekend, not a fun one for Bo Nix, Josh Allen, or Dre, who lost all his picks. Then they preview Championship Sunday: Can the Broncos overcome losing their quarterback and win with Jarrett Stidham, or will Drake Maye and the Patriots go to the Big Game? Will Matthew Stafford's Rams win their third straight road playoff game, or will Sam Darnold's Seahawks take the third LA-Sea matchup of the season?
-

NFL Conf. Semis 2026: Lonely (And Vulnerable) At The Top
The wild Wild Card weekend gets its proper awards from Dre and Jay, who vote for their best and worst in the NFL for the first round of the playoffs. Then they make their picks for the Divisional Round, featuring the two top seeds on Saturday as the Broncos host Thanos Josh Allen and the Bills, followed by Round 3 of the 49ers-Seahawks drama. On Sunday, the Texans traveling defense try to solve Drake Maye and the Patriots, then the largest road favorite in the Conference Semis in about 50 years go to Soldier Field as Matthew Stafford and the Rams battle Caleb Williams and the Bears.

NFL Wild Card 2026: New Blood, Old Bills
Jay and Dre hand out the final regular season awards for NFL Week 18, then get you ready for the opening weekend of playoff football. Four road teams are favored to take down division champs. In the traditional "Please exit the playoffs ASAP" early Saturday spot, the Panthers are massive underdogs to the Rams, just like they were Week 13 when Carolina won. The Packers are favored to knock out the rival Bears, which they failed to do in Chicago in their last meeting. On Sunday, the Bills have no Mahomes, no Burrow, no Lamar, and no excuses as favs to beat the Jaguars. The defending champion Eagles have a rested team and a home date with the hurting 49ers. The leader for MVP Drake Maye and his Patriots are part of the new blood, but they have to survive Justin Herbert and the Chargers. On Monday, the survivor Steelers are underdogs to the young and hungry Texans.

NFL 2025 Week #18: Know-Nothing Sunday
Jay and Dre hand out the hardware for NFL Week 17, then they try to pick games for the most know-nothing week in the schedule, Week 18. And they do it alongside a literal coin flip, as is their tradition. There are educated guesses as to who's playing in what games, and the boys attempt to put that knowledge to use as they choose sides for the last Sunday of the regular season. In the main event, do they trust the Ravens on the road or the underdog Steelers at home?
-
34
NFL 2025 Week #17: Rules Of The Road
Jay and Dre did not start NFL Week 17 well, correctly picking only one of the three home teams that covered the spread as underdogs, and Jay even burned a Lock on one of the losers, clinching the Locks for Dre this season. They try to do better with the rest of the slate, which fires another eight road favorites off. It's do or die for the Ravens in Green Bay and maybe for the Bucs in Miami. And in a nightmare scenario, all the playoff spots could be sewn up by the end of play Monday. The guys first look back on NFL Week 16, which got a lot of unwanted attention for a player and ref in Detroit.

NFL 2025 Week #16: Kamikaze
The start of Saturday pro football is always an indicator of the holiday season, and for a lot of the country, the start of wintry conditions, which we've seen in several games. Jay and Dre hand out the hardware for NFL Week 15 before digging in to Week 16's picks. The Buccaneers and Panthers do battle for the top of the NFC South, the Jaguars and Broncos tussle for positioning atop the AFC, and on Saturday night, the Packers and Bears rematch for control of the NFC North. And as always, Kamikaze Jaxson Dart puts his Giants career on the line with his reckless style of play, this week versus the Vikings.

NFL 2025 Week #15: Old Man Rivers
In a development straight out of Eastbound & Down, 44-year-old Philip Rivers is actually going to come off the couch and start at quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. Which of course begs the question: How horrible are the CFL and XFL and arena-league QBs who can't get that phone call from Shane Steichen? Jay and Dre cover that and other weird developments in the NFL during Week 14 before they pick Week 15's slate, featuring a defensive test for Jordan Love and Green Bay as they go to Denver, a young lion challenging for the AFC East throne as New England takes on Buffalo, and another Jared Goff-Matthew Stafford measuring contest as Detroit visits the Los Angeles Rams.
-

NFL 2025 Week #14: Real Or Fake, For Reals
Now that the turkey has been eaten and December has begun, NFL teams start to reveal themselves. There are lots of questions about the teams at the top of each conference, and soon we will all know which of those groups were real contenders and which were not. Jay and Dre have to sift through the rubble and figure out who's making a playoff push and who's in Cancun mentally. They give out their awards for Week 13, then they make their picks for Week 14, which has quite a few teams suffering big dents in their playoff chances if they lose. The Colts and Jaguars battle for the AFC South lead, the Steelers and Ravens for the AFC North, and the Bears and Packers for the NFC North, plus the Chiefs chances are next to none if they don't survive the Texans on Sunday night.
-
30
NFL 2025 Week #13: We Love Max Brosmer
Jay and Dre pop in after Turkey Day to provide their insights for the remaining NFL Week 13 slate. They pick all the games, whether they involve injured QBs trying to gut their teams to victory (Colts vs. Texans, Bucs vs. Cards, Steelers vs. Bills), or QBs replacing hurt QBs trying to show out despite the boys reverse jinx (Let's go Max, you're the best QB alive!).

NFL Week 12 Awards + 2025 Triple Gobble + Dark Friday Picks
Jay and Dre look back on a contentious Week 12 in the NFL, and ironically, they agreed on several awards after a week in which they disagreed on every pick save three. Then they pick the three Thanksgiving Day games and Black Friday. Two games with the air of desperation lead off Turkey Day as the Packers and Lions battle for control of the NFC North, then the Chiefs and Cowboys battle for playoff relevancy, then the desperate Bengals bring back Joe Burrow at 3-8 to take on the new AFC North leaders, the Ravens. On Friday the 8-3 Bears try to prove it against the 8-3 Eagles.

NFL 2025 Week #12: Under New Ownership?
The boys have some juice for Spitgate 2, poor Shedeur Sanders, and Cam Skattebo haters, among many other topics for their NFL Week 11 awards. Then things really get spicy for the Week 12 picks. They have their first-ever Contingency-Off as former Bears "owner" Aaron Rodgers threatens to play through a broken wrist for his Steelers. Which side is Dre on if Rodgers starts? The opposite side of Jay, as it happens. The guys only agree on two games on Sunday, so they'll be paying close attention to yet another must-win for the Chiefs as they host the Colts, the rematch from the Week 1 Spitgate as Jalen Carter and the Eagles battle Dak Prescott and the Cowboys, and Bryce Young trying to encore 448 yards on Monday as his Panthers visit the 49ers.
-
27
NFL 2025 Week #11: Twinsies!
Number freaks LOVED Week 10 in the NFL, as two games with the exact same score of 10-7 bookended the action on Thursday and Monday, and two other games had the unusual score of 44-22, plus one game featured the same guy forcing a fumble and the same teammate scooping and scoring. Jay and Dre give out the hardware for the freak week, then pick games for Week 11, which will have a top-notch battle for the top of the NFC West as the Rams host the Seahawks, a potential snow globe game as the Buccaneers fly to Buffalo, a must-win for the Chiefs as they take on the AFC West-leading Broncos, and a chance for the Lions to make a prime time statement against the World champion Eagles.
-
26
NFL 2025 Week #10: Senseless
A shadow hung over the NFL this week after the Thursday news cycle was dominated by the senseless death by suicide of Cowboys DL Marshon Kneeland. It was yet another reminder that a man's happiness cannot be judged from afar if he is dealing with clouds that we can't see. Jay and Dre look back on the rest of Week 9 as well before diving in to their picks for Week 10, which has a return to early morning football from Europe as the Falcons take on the Colts, a pair of NFC West clashes in Cards-Seahawks and Rams-49ers, and the two most confounding teams in the league battling on Monday night as the Eagles visit the Packers.
-
25
NFL 2025 Week #9: Bloodletting Sunday
The unusually large margins of victory colored the NFL's Week 8, which saw every game end in a double-digit win with the exception of the Jets rallying from down double digits to beat the Bengals. Jay and Dre award the best and worst of a crazy week before picking Week 9. Do they like any of the quarterbacks returning from injury (Penix, Daniels, McCarthy, Young)? Do they like the rookie being thrown into the fire (Shough)? Do they like the Chiefs or Bills in the latest chapter of that great rivalry? And what do they think Dre's newest best bet, the Cowboys home over, as they host the Cardinals on Monday?
-
24
NFL 2025 Week #8: A Giant Bronco Buster
What the bleep was that Giants-Broncos game?? The most bananas game of this bananas NFL season was, naturally, discussed greatly by Jay and Dre during their recap of Week 7. After the guys hand out their hardware, they make their picks for Week 8, which has some divisional rematches (Giants-Eagles, Titans-Colts), some backup QB drama (Snoop Huntley's Ravens hosting the Bears, Kirk Cousins leading the Falcons against the Dolphins), and the best bet of the year back one more time (under Justin Fields passing yards as his Jets visit the Bengals).
-
23
NFL 2025 Week #7: The Surest Bet In The World?
The guys celebrate their big weeks picking ATS in Week 6, going a combined 21-9, and they hand out the hardware for the week. Then they break down the upcoming NFL Week 7, including their Double Lock of the Panthers over the Jets, which contains a prop bet that they think is a slam dunk. They also preview yet another London game as the Jaguars take on the Rams, another chance for the World champion Eagles to find their identity as they visit the Vikings, and a possible Monday night classic as the undeniable Baker Mayfield and the Bucs battle Jared Goff and the Lions.
-
22
NFL 2025 Week #6: Devil Magic Showdown
Jay and Dre try to make sense of Week 5 in the NFL, which saw many double-digit comeback wins, most of which victimized Dre. After they give their awards, they look ahead to Week 6, which sees yet another England game as the Broncos take on the winless Jets, a potential shootout as the Seahawks visit the Jaguars, and a battle of teams using what Jay calls "devil magic" to overcome injuries and keep winning as the 49ers challenge the Bucs.
-
21
NFL 2025 Week #5: Bullseye!
Jay and Dre discuss the best and worst of Week 4 in the NFL, including the Jaxson Dart debut win for the Giants and the gruesome Tyreek Hill injury. Then they break down the Week 5 picks, including another game in Europe early Sunday morning, the dramatic Eagles trying to stay perfect vs. the Broncos, and the resurgent Chiefs trying to keep the momentum going in Jacksonville on Monday.
-
20
NFL 2025 Week #4: Very Special Teams
Jay and Dre look back at a wacky Week 3 in the NFL which featured a ludicrous number of blocked field goals and return TDs, one of which produced the cheapest spread cover maybe ever. Then they look ahead to Week 4, starting with the Vikings and Steelers from Ireland, then the stateside games with the unbeaten Eagles and Bucs, the desperate Ravens and Chiefs, and the conquering hero Micah Parsons returning to Dallas as the Packers visit the Cowboys.
-
19
NFL 2025 Week #3: Backupapalooza
A whopping five backup quarterbacks must be deployed in Week 3 in the NFL due to injury, which may be a record this early in a season. Jay and Dre hand out their awards for Week 2 before deciding how to pick the games in Week 3 that have all these replacement QBs, as well as the regular ones. Who's on the side of backup Mac Jones and the 49ers versus Kyler Murray and the Cardinals as the boys engage in a Lock-Off? The answer may surprise you. They also preview a physical battle between the 2-0 Rams and Eagles, a pivotal divisional matchup between the Broncos and Chargers, and a Monday night war that may be high-scoring featuring Jay's Super Big Game prediction, the Lions and Ravens.
-
18
NFL 2025 Week #2: Trying Hard Not To Overreact
It was a rough Week 1 for Jay and Dre's picks, but they can't make the mistake of picking against their gut just because their gut was wrong so many times last weekend. The guys recap Week 1 in their own way, then they pick NFL Week 2, which is usually Overreaction Theatre around the world of football pundits. Do they now like Liam Coen and the Jaguars to compete with the Bengals? Do they think the Patriots will kill the Dolphins? Do they like Ben Johnson's new team or old team to bounce back in a must-win for the Bears and Lions? And do they think the Chiefs have a chance to avenge their Big Game loss to the Eagles?
-
17
NFL 2025 Week #1: Spittin' Mad
Jay and Dre bring you all the picks straight up and ATS for the rest of Week 1 in the NFL, featuring juicy divisional rivalry games like Lions-Packers, Bucs-Falcons, and Niners-Seahawks, and a very compelling rivalry game on Sunday night as the Ravens have an immediate opportunity to avenge their playoff loss to the Bills.
-
16
NFL 2025 Preview + Double Openers
Real football is finally here, and Jay and Dre are ready to give their full NFL season preview. Division breakdowns, playoff teams, and Super Duper Bowl selections, along with each team's playoff odds, will be dissected and disseminated for scrutiny and/or ridicule. Who will the boys pick to hoist the Lombardi? Once that mystery is revealed, they give their picks ATS for the first two regular season games: The Thursday opener in Philadelphia as the Cowboys visit the World champion Eagles, and the Friday game in Brazil as the Chiefs take on the Chargers.

KONS: Number One For A Reason--Grading The Offseason "Traditions"
In the sports media world, the National Football League is the top of the mountain, laughing at all other sports as the spotlight shines on the Shield year-round. But to keep that attention, the NFL has some really crummy "traditions," some eye-rolling, some harmless, and some nails-on-a-chalkboard irritating. Jay and Dre rank the league's worst tropes and meaningless events, from draft grades to Madden ratings to players coming to camp in the "best shape of his life." What's the Mt. Rushmore of NFL offseason filler? Tap in and find out!

KONS Wrestlemania XLI Preview: Gambling On Cena
Jay and Dre are wondering about some issues after the go-home Monday Night Raw, namely: Where is the Rock? What's going to happen on the go-home Smackdown, when John Cena and Cody Rhodes make their final appearances before the big show? And why does Bayley look so aged? Jerry the Wrestling Expert joins the podcast to address some of those issues and a lot more as the trio previews the biggest wrestling show of the year, going down in Sin City this coming weekend. Will the WWE gamble on a final Cena title run, or will Rhodes reign supreme and render the last year of Cena a loser's farewell? And seriously, when does the Rock return and insert his influence?
