INCLUDE

I am Jenna Evans, the creator of INCLUDE. I am a junior at Eastern Kentucky University studying Broadcasting and Electronic Media as well as Public Relations and Sports Communications. I serve as the 2026 Miss Sportsman's Hill in the Miss America system. I am a long time disability advocate with the Down Syndrome Association of Central Kentucky and Best Buddies International. My passion is Down syndrome. As a long time advocate for those with disabilities, I have raised awareness with the Down Syndrome Association of Central Kentucky and Best Buddies International. I am certified under Best Buddies International as a national volunteer. I have also completed trainings on disability etiquette. I am excited to share my knowledge across Kentucky with INCUDE. My goal is to create inclusive communities for our friends with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Through INCLUDE I will teach workshops on how to be inclusive, notice individual needs, communicate with respect, listen to those with IDD, understand before assuming, displaying dignity in every interaction, and empower independence in school, work, healthcare, and communities.
