Increased Odds

We are picking the games for week 7 college and week 6 NFL. We have some good picks and a bit of off topic banter as is the normal for us. Hopefully we can get the solid 10-0 this week but at this point we will settle for Nolan just getting 3 games right. The quality is a bit low and the episode is late due to some technical difficulties so our apologies for that. But we did post the TNF parlay on twitter earlier today so follow us there to get bonus picks.

Another week where we ended up 4-6 with a few good shots at going 5-5 or even 6-4 but the key to this week was the 2 game pick of the week parlay that Justin hit. That brought the week from a stinker to what is basically a push. Hopefully we pick up the pace next week and by "we" I definitely mean Nolan.

We have a new batch of picks ready to go for you, coming off a 6-4 week we are hoping to increase our winning percentage but 6-4 isn't a bad week. There is no TNF parlay in this episode but we will post that on Twitter today for every to check out.

After going 4-6 last week we ended up 6-4 this week and 5-2 on our college picks. Nolan was super close to a 5-0 week but a few bad turns in some games has him finishing 3-2 the same as Justin. Hopefully this next week will be a better week but another week over all over .500. On the year we are 22-22 in college games and 5-9 in NFL games.

After another up and down week Justin and Nolan look to improve on their 4-6 record last weekend. We need to start hitting some parlays to really start making some money. As always remember to check out our twitter for some picks randomly throughout the week.

After only getting 1 win the previous week we were looking for a nice bounce back and we did get a little bit of a bounce back but not the one we were hoping for going 4-6 this past weekend. Hopefully we can turn this around soon.

After a stellar 8-2 week last week we went a solid 1-9 this week. It was a bad week for our picks and a week I am hoping you faded this pod but after the week before I don't blame you for not fading it. Hopefully this coming week is much better for everyone.

After a great week going 8-2 we look forward to a new week and hope to have at least as much success as last week. Going 5-0 last week Justin gets the first pick this week and makes what is hopefully good use of the picks.

We followed our 5-5 week up with an 8-2 week overall pretty good week for us but so close to perfection. We will try to keep the train moving this week with another 8+ win week. We talk a bit about the Bama game as well and go off on a few different tangents about the NFL and how Tulane screwed up some big personal parlays.

After a 5-5 week with 0 parlay hits we set out on a new week with a full slate of games to try to get to 6 or more wins. Justin gets the first pick this week after going 3-2 last week and having more winnings than Nolan. We will see if Nolan can take away the first pick for next week but lets just hope that we get to 10-0

We finished the week going 5-5 with a bad beat on the USF for them to not cover that would have given us a 3 game parlay hit as well. Both pretty surprised by the Purdue loss this week they were a 3.5 point favorite and ended up losing straight. Sorry for the delayed post but we got caught up yesterday trying to edit the episode.

We review our picks from week 0, spoiler it wasn't great. This week we each pick 5 games that span Thursday to Sunday. It is going to be a great week of football and next week we get back into the NFL games.

We finally get to make our picks for the first week of college football better known as week 0. There are 7 games on the schedule and we have gone through them all. Nolan and Justin both agreed on a lot of the games though so listener be ware.

Justin and Nolan preview the season and make their picks for conference champions, this season the focus is more on college football but the NFL definitely makes an appearance as well.

Week 18 is always a tricky time to bet games in the NFL because you aren't quite sure what teams will do and who will even play.  You have the Lions vs Packers on SNF but if the Seahawks win earlier in the day then the Lions are playing for nothing other than keeping the Packers out of the playoffs but how motivated will they be to win the game?  These are the questions we have to ask on final week of the regular season in the NFL.  Either way should be a good weekend of games and hopefully a good weekend of picks

Another bad week for the Podcast and this week finally got us below .500 on the year for our bets.  We started out bad, got decent in the middle and finished the season worse.  But there is still 1 more week in the regular season for us to have a great week.  A lot of this episode is talking about the 2 playoff games between OSU-UGA and UofM-TCU.  I hope you enjoy it.

We picked 3 games that took place before this episode and are currently 1-2 on the week.  We have 1 game Friday night in Clemson vs Tennessee so be sure to listen before that game and we didn't pick any NFL games this week on the pod but check out our twitter to see a few NFL picks for this weekend.

After a bad week we decided to follow it up with an even worse week in our betting.  We went a terrible 2-7-1 but that is yet another tie in our betting campaign.  We didn't put the picks in this episode, because Justin and Nolan are bad at planning things out ahead of time but we have picks this week for both Tuesday and Thursday games, we only picked bowl games this week as well.  Nolan is taking Oklahoma State at +3.5 and Coastal Carolina at +7 both Tuesday night and Justin is taking Washington +3 on Thursday.  Hope everyone had a great Christmas, or any other holiday you might celebrate this time of the year, and hopefully we can get some wins this week to finish out the 2022 year right.

We are already a solid 0-2 this week going into the weekend games so hopefully the games on the weekend will go better than the weekday games.  Plenty of NFL games on Sunday this week though so it should be interesting.

Overall record this week was 5-5 mostly because Justin didn't hit any of his college games.  Overall not the worst weekend ever but also not the greatest we have had either.  Hopefully next week is better.  Also we have some game picks in this episode for the earlier bowl games that are Tuesday-Thursday.

After a bad week of betting Justin and Nolan hope to redeem themselves, mostly just Justin, and have a better week this week.  This is the week we hit our 10 game and unlock the infinite money glitch in the Matrix, or more likely we go 6-4 and break even again.

After another bad week of betting we hope to get the ship on the right track with bowls games this week.  Overall record was 3-5 last week and Justin went 0-4.

We only have 8 games on the ticket this week as there are no college games so we have all NFL this time.  We do talk about Army-Navy and we talk about the New Year day 6 bowl games towards the end.  Hopefully we can finally get a push to more wins.  Hoping for a 8-0 week and since nobody picked the Raiders it might be possible.

We are coming off a bad week for the Podcast and as we reflect on the games this week we realize that the picking games together strategy that didn't work to start the season still doesn't work late in the season either.  This was by far the worst week in college football we have had since week 5 and the worst overall week since about week 2.  We also went only 2-2 in the NFL this week and had a chance to get to 3-1 but just weren't able to get it done at the end.  We will be back this week though picking only 8 games but they are all NFL games due to there only being 1 college game.  

We talk about all the college football championship games this weekend and see where we agree and where we don't.  We ended up betting 6 of the 10 college championship games this weekend.  We also have our normal 4 games in the NFL as well.  Hopefully we can make some money as the season starts to slow down and come to an end.  

We talk a little bit about the CFP rankings coming out tonight and what we think they will be like and what think they should be.  We didn't have a great week 3-3-3 in college and 2-1-1 in the NFL this week.  Nolan did finally beat Justin in the NFL picks though but he also went 1-2 in college again this week.  We didn't talk about the Thanksgiving games at all but went 2-2 in our bets on Thursday and this time the Lions weren't the team that screwed us over it was the Pats.  Hope you enjoy.

We hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and made some good bets on the games yesterday.  We went 2-2 on those games with the Pats being the team to mess up our bet this time and not the Lions for once.  Hoping for another great weekend of football and hopefully your bets are good.  We have a solid mix of power 5 schools and group of 5 schools today.  The NFL games are always fun and interesting we got mostly favorites in the NFL this week though.  Happy Black Friday and hopefully everyone has a great weekend.

This was a week where Justin and Nolan went 3-3 in college and 5-4-1 overall.  It was about as average as you could get the biggest issue was Nolan missed his pick of the week which hurts more on the average weeks like this.  Just a reminder to watch for our Thanksgiving episode/picks dropping tomorrow as well to find out which bets we are going with and which bets to avoid.

Still looking for that perfect 10-0 week from Nolan and Justin.  Justin hasn't missed a college game in 2 weeks lets see if that can continue this week.  We haven't gotten both picks of the week right either since the first week we brought it out, hopefully we fix that this week and Justin cannot push his this week as he has the last 2 weeks because his pick of the week is a 4.5 pt favorite.

Nolan goes 1-2 in college and Justin goes 2-0-1.  Justin is a can't hit machine on picks of the week though recently going 0-0-2 the last 2 weeks.  Both Justin and Nolan went 1-1 in their NFL picks. It was another average week of bets for the pod this week but we are still up money on the year so far and have an overall record of 52-45-6.

We were 8-1-1 this week in our bets and just a single Raiders cover away from hitting on our 10 game parlay and making some good money this week.  We did hit on our 6 game college parlay though for the first time this year which was a nice surprise after Nolan going 3-0 in the early Tuesday and Wednesday games.  Be sure to listen this week to see if Nolan has more Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday games for this week for you to bet.  Hopefully we can get that perfect 10-0 still this year but either way this past week was a fun one with a good amount of winning for us.

With Nolan's college games already in the books we started out the week 3-0 and are looking to keep that momentum going with Justin in his college games on Saturday.  All of his games start at 7:00 PM Eastern or later so you have plenty of time to get your picks in this week.  The guys have both taken a lot of underdogs this week so we will see if they can make that work.  Also be sure to listen to the end to get their takes on the first CFP rankings that just came out this week.  There was a lot to talk about on that topic so that is why the episode is a bit longer.  Hope everyone has a great weekend and has a good time watching football.

This was a good week but not a great week.  Nolan and Justin went 6-4 this week both going 2-1 in college and 1-1 in the NFL.  So neither of them hit their parlays or anything and Justin missed his pick of the week in college so they didn't get that parlay either.  This puts their record for season at 39-41-4 for all games though, slowly but surely getting back to .500 and hopefully beyond that.  Nolan however ended up picking all 3 of his college games in this episode because he likes to get in on the MACtion and has a game Tuesday night and 2 games Wednesday night.  Also stay tuned for the picks episode Friday where Nolan and Justin will go over the CFP top 25 and give their takes on it, hint Nolan probably thinks there are too many SEC teams in there.

Justin and Nolan pick their games for this upcoming weekend and we are excited about these picks.  At the time of this posting though Justin is already 1-1 with Wazzu covering and missing his under on the Bucs game.  We are excited for a big weekend of both college football and the NFL.  Hopefully everyone can make some money this week and get those wins.

This week Justin and Nolan went a combined 5-5 in their college and NFL picks with the slight edge going to Nolan at 3-2 compared to Justin's 2-3.  Neither of them hit their locks of the week though.  Nolan remained perfect on his Wednesday night picks though, but sadly there are no Wednesday games this week to pick.  Justin has 2 picks on Thursday night but only recorded the results of the Washington State vs Utah game, so in the Thursday night NFL game Justin took the under at 45.  The reasoning will be in the Friday picks podcast but we thought we should put the pick in here since it won't be available otherwise before the game.

Nolan and Justin make their picks for the upcoming weekend of both college football and the NFL.  After a 5-1 week in college last week they look to build on that success and get their first ever 6-0 college weekend.  Nolan had already picked a Wednesday and a Thursday night game in our review, App St has already won and South Alabama ended up losing on Thursday night.  Hopefully they can do better in the NFL after an abysmal 1-3 record a week ago.  

For the first time this season we had someone go a perfect 3-0 in college games hitting their 3 game parlay and were 5-1 overall on college games.  It was a decent weekend where we were up overall but there is still work to be done.  We hope that everyone else also had a good weekend in picking games.  Overall on the year we are 28-32-4 and hopefully this weekend is the one that gets us back over .500.

Nolan and Justin talk about the AP top 25 after a crazy week in football that saw 2 top 10 matchups and Alabama losing a close game on the road.  See what Nolan and Justin think of the new top 25 and where they might move some teams around to.  

Nolan already had one of his picks play and that was Louisiana on Wednesday night.  And sure enough Nolan hit that game again, now we just hope that the rest of the week doesn't go the same way after Nolan's Wednesday night pick.  This week was a bit different though Justin and Nolan went heavy on underdogs this week only picking 4 of their 10 picks as favorites.  Also for the first time this season Nolan and Justin introduced their first ever locks of the week, this is a pick they are so confident in that they are better 3 units on it instead of just 1.  Justin was able to steal Nolan's lock from him though this week with both liking the Bengals to cover, listen to see who Nolan ended up picking though.

Our picks are in currently and we are excited to get these picks out for everyone to see what we like this week.  Nolan did pick the UCF game on Wednesday already and we are happy to announce that we are already 1-0 on the week, great start for the team and Nolan.  Nolan has a pick Friday night so be sure to listen and see who he has on Friday and see if he can start us out 2-0 and keep the winning coming.  Justin is hoping to build off a week where he only had 1 loser pick we are looking for a perfect 5-0 from Justin this week.  

Another week another chance to win a lot of money, also another Justin mess up.  This mess up worked out for both Justin and Nolan though this time.  We got 2 more pushes this week though which is never fun but still better than a loss.  Listen to check on where our streak bets are at and who Nolan is picking for MNF.  Overall Justin goes 3-1-1 and Nolan goes 1-3-1.  In our standings though Nolan is currently up $200 on Justin over the last 3 weeks.

Nolan is coming off another 4-1 week going a perfect 2-0 in the NFL and Justin is coming off an abysmal 0-4-1.  The picks this week are in and we are looking for another good week from both Justin and Nolan.  Listen to see if Nolan picks MSU straight again, which has been his only miss the last 2 weeks.

Another week of Nolan going 2-1 in college picks and 2-0 in his NFL picks and his lone loss being a straight pick of MSU as an underdog.  Hopefully this week Nolan doesn't pick MSU straight as an underdog to Maryland.  Just on the other hand is a completely different story going 0-4-1 on the week as a whole.  Texas A&M was a push for Justin and the rest of his picks all lost.  All of the games were close for Justin and could have gone either way but it was not meant to be for him this week.  Hopefully the picks next week are better than this week for Justin though and that he can pick up his game.  

After an amazing week of picks where Nolan and Justin went 8-2 they look to do it all over again this week.  Come join us on our journey to pick the games correctly and hopefully we can all make some money along the way.  Just to clarify though Justin did change his pick for the NFL from the Titans to the Chiefs, this decision was made before the Titans looked awful on MNF but makes us more glad to have changed it.
