Kai Hockley is part of the Emirates GBR team, going through the internship programme with a goal of driving one of the F50s one day very soon! The programme he's a part of is a core part of SailGP's future, providing opportunity to young people who may otherwise never have considered a career in sailing and upskilling them alongside the teams.

Jos Hopeson's role as the Global Ticketing Manager is in equal parts fun and challenging. She speaks about setting up stadiums on waterside locations, creative fan zone activations and on-water view experiences!

Tom Herbert-Evans is the Youth Program Manager at SailGP. Working closely with schools and communities within all the locations the race calendar takes them, with the purpose to inspire future generations into sailing and other support roles.

Fiona Morgan is the Chief Purpose Officer at SailGP. Over the past 4 years she has developed the Impact League, an innovation never seen before in sport, written into the rules that all teams must take part in to ensure they compete but with the planet and the future in mind!We take a walk around the Tech Site at the top of Season 5 in Dubai.
