We are back! Just in time for the start of the '24-'25 season. Welcome to our returning listeners and for anyone just joining us, we're glad to have you! First episode means we make our top four predictions and relegation picks (sorry Forest, it's your time). We also spend time roasting Chelsea and hit on some hot news items.

That's a wrap on the 23/24 season and while we agree it wasn't boring, it was predictable. Congrats to the newcomers this upcoming season and so long to our relegated clubs. Congrats to United for winning the FA Cup (somehow) and City for topping the Premier League, even if you're doing so illegally. Can't wait to be with you next PL season!

Haaland is back on top of the goal-scoring list. It's City's title to lose at this point. We have battles going on at the top and bottom of the table. What an end to the season we have coming up, no one could have prepared us for all this madness!

These last 11 games are so crucial for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City. If any team loses it's going to seriously cause a stir in the race for 1st place. We are still waiting to hear what kind of deductions are going to be made for Forest and Everton (potentially) due to FFP. City has again, gone quiet in that regard. And the hunt for European competition is well and truly underway.

The title race is well and truly on! Only 1-2 points separates our top three teams with 12 matches left. Could Aston Villa upset anyone in the top three? We've seen some big upsets this season, so anything is possible. Oh, and Klopp wins the "Most special trophy in 20 years." Which he called a pointless, tin-cup last year. Funny how things change when you don't get knocked out early.

The Norwegian cyborg is back and picked up right where he left off. Well, Arsenal can score goals when they need to. The title race just keeps getting hotter and hotter. And if we've learned one thing from this weekend, don't celebrate your wins too early. Looking at you Aston Villa...

In shocking news, someone is leaving the Premier League at the end of the season! Fun facts and tangents galore! We have some world-class games from last weekend to talk about. And Toney is back and scoring, as Mateo predicted.

What an episode we have in store! Pundits are hilarious when they react to games, just like Andrew and Mateo... KDB is back and it's like he never left the City lineup. Sterling loves a good dive, especially in the box. United have no identity, but at least got some goals on Sunday. And who needed to control their hands? At this point, we aren't sure.

Being a Manchester United fan is hard for Andrew right now, but he doesn't hurt anymore because it's expected, like the Tottenham of old (but really recent). City get away with basically anything they like these days. The Chelsea boys still need time to get it together and the relegated 3 is looking more and more cemented every week.

However, if you do win, we require 10%) and Upset of the Week! Haaland is back to scoring form. 9 matches in and I don't think I would have called the top half of the table as it sits. CIty might have real competition for the title this year.

As usual, we talk for far too long about many things. Winning the lottery, being the official podcast for the Fifa World Cup, and the Premier League.
