In this video series Dave and Grant along with guests will provide basic education when it comes to basic business, transactions, and M&A advisory. This is not meant to be comprehensive advice but merely a way to gain some of the information you may need to accomplish your goals. Care needs to be taken to surround yourself with capable tax, legal and financial advisors who understand your unique situation in order to successfully navigate a business transaction.
