What habits, boundaries, and mindsets does this person embody?The In-Between Low Effort Practices 1. Visualizing My Future Self:    -Take a moment to close your eyes and imagine your upgraded self. What do they look like? How do they carry themselves? What are they doing? Write a detailed description of this future version of you, including how they think, feel, and interact with the world.
