The Crimes of Cash
Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, Structuring, and Civil Asset Forfeiture are ways the government turns your usage of cash into a crime. The government hates cash. Cash is anonymous, untraceable, and uncontrollable. Those are three attributes of a free society most detested by totalitarian governments. Do we have a totalitarian government? Let us contemplate.

One can imagine John Cleese trying to navigate such an absurdly named bureaucracy that is anything but. The problem with government is not efficiency, but the lack of consequences for inefficiency.
