Just a Chat are a mental health charity based in Craigavon, Northern Ireland. We aim to break the stigma surrounding mental health, get people talking openly about it and to provide support for anyone suffering from a mental health issue. Our aim with this podcast is to facilitate those discussions around mental wellbeing, to let people know that they are not alone, and to normalise talking about how we feel without judgement. Our podcast will contain frank discussions on a variety of topics in this area including interviews with people who have suffered from mental health difficulties like depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and many more.
