Kay Twist is creating his own sound by mixing afrobeat,R&b-Pop, highlife, Reggae & Dancehall.Kay Twist was born and raised in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. He completed Kumasi Academy Senior High School In 2018.Right after graduating from High School Kay Twist released his first single titled; "Bad Girl" which paved way for another single, "Crazy" in March 2019 and since then he's been delivering nothing but good music.
