LACOPS is an oganization dedicated to promoting equality, diversity, and representation of LGBTQ+ people and allies in law enforcement and other first responders; to identify and provide supportive services and networking oppportunites among all first responders and their families, and to increase the representation of LGBTQ+ peope in leadership positions.
