I felt so seen and heard on this episode of Ladies of the Lab. Kristen Janson, Associate Director of Freshman Recruitment at MTSU, agreed to have a FUN and lighthearted conversation with me regarding our list of do's for males in the workplace. We also chimed in with a list of don'ts. Working alongside males can be tough but it can also be fun if we communicate, if we have each other's backs, ANDDDDDD if they don't assume we are going to clean the bathroom.Other topics we hop into, without hesitation mind you: getting out of public engagements using our children as an excuse (don't act like you haven't done it!), fall vibes on campus, and fears of heights. We honestly approach the ups and downs of diagnosis and mental health in the tree of trust. Truly, I felt so connected to another human on the topics of struggle, grief, and being where you are for the waves of life. This week's episode of Ladies of the Lab is all about SUMMER. So many faces from the Boro Business Lab team joined the conversation (Faith, Caitlin, Madison, Dean and Josh) and the whole vibe was like a tree house (of trust) where we gather and bring with us all the FUN!
