Doug Campbell, an Albuquerque native, has launched the "Leaders of Enchantment" podcast to inspire New Mexico's growth. Campbell earned engineering degrees from UNM and spent two decades in Colorado, where he founded and sold Roccor, LLC, and Solid Power Inc. Returning to Albuquerque after Solid Power's IPO, he engaged in the local start-up scene and supported UNM. Campbell aims to combat New Mexico's stagnant growth by sharing stories of success and leadership through his podcast. “I’ve decided to use my talents to help New Mexico thrive,”
