The podcast that helps learners become leaders by accessing high-quality knowledge and information.As a learning coach/facilitator, I believe that we close the gap between where we are today, which is our current reality, and where we desire to be tomorrow, our desired outcome, by what we are willing to learn. My construct of learning is not so much about acquiring knowledge or information, as it is about learning how to use that same knowledge and information in a productive way that either solves a unique problem, fulfills a need, or creates something new and innovative that did not exist previously. True learning is generative in that it produces an outcome, which is why Shoshana Zuboff in her classic writing "The Age of the Smart Machines," said "To put it simply, learning is the new form of work."
