Background and history - Part 8 - one particular freehold/ leasehold framework we know of - a continuation:               - Did these RA Directors and Associate Director (now Property Manager)                   of the managment company collectively lie to a Judge? The evidence                  they submitted illustrates they did.               - Was it all just a ruse to gain access to all of opposition's case evidence?               - Still think these RA Directors [and partners] are stupid?               - Was legal negligence and malpractice at play here?                - Leaseholders from IOD directors, police officers and government lawyers                 noteably selling up without disclosing any leasehold issues. Is that legal?               - The case of the mis-selling of service charge costs; at roughly 6 times                   less than the actual cost.  A possible shock for the prospective buyers?                - One RA Director knows these Freeholders have "ripped off" other                  leaseholders and announces it at a recent AGM.               - Are narcissists the law?....Nahhh, nahhh, nahhh. The narcissist in your life has been capable of fooling everyone into believing that they are wonderful and that you are horrible - including your friends and family sometimes. The smear campaign, although technically a part of the discard stage of a relationship, actually happens well before the relationship’s end is even on the horizon.
