As a working mother of two young boys Jane was excited to have the opportunity to speak Gillian Boateng about her experience of becoming a mother during her training contract. Jane and Gillian discuss Gillian's route to qualification, her experience of being a working mother, and balancing her career, what advice she has for anyone in a similar position and how she thinks law firm can support working parents.
