We let life pass us by, and before we know it we're X amount of years old, and have no clue how we got there. What does presence mean tho? How do we slow down and enjoy the ups and downs instead of just speeding through them as a coping mechanism. I'm here today to talk about some ways we can slow down time, and be grateful for what we go through regardless if its good or bad. Presence is the key to a content life :)
