Let's Be Honest
by Cameron
Let's do that. Let's actually have honest conversations about youth baseball development. I played at the Division-1 collegiate level, and have been coaching for almost 15 years. I've coached kids from 7 years old to 22 years old. Both in private lesson and on the field settings. I've coached a range of talent from below average to MLB level. What I know to be a fact is that the current model the baseball community has adopted to develop youth athletes only works for the top 10% of kids. It is my mission, and my passion to change that. I believe that our model should change. It should change for the betterment of our youth athletes, and their families. This podcast will provide both solo takes by yours truly and interviews with current athletes, former athletes, coaches, and parents too.Let's be honest, and let's do better.

Episode 3: College Recruiting
In this podcast episode I'm giving my takes on college recruiting. There are so many mistakes that baseball families make, thinking it's the best thing for their son, when it's typically not. I'm discussing what to look for, how to think, and how to ultimately make the best plan for you.

Episode 1: intro
This first podcast is setting the tone, letting you get an idea of what kind of energy I bring. We're gonna go over the big topics in the baseball community. Starting with 12 and under, then moving to High school baseball, summer showcase baseball, and ending with some hitting and pitching. The goal is to be as honest as possible, to educate players, parents, and coaches alike.
