Nicole Semeraro joins her friend, Jaime Foster, founder and CEO of Georgia Grinders, a company specializing in a clean, simple and delicious almond butter recipe, created by Jaime's grandfather as he was motivated back in the day to foster better habits for good health and a longer life. At the onset of her business start-up, her mother was diagnosed with ALS, a taxing and heavy journey that ended in her mom's passing. Lastly, Jaime and her husband walked alongside their daughter as she struggled through a battle with anorexia. During Nicole's time with her friend Jaime, there are lessons galore.
